* Manage and coordinate daily activities, events, and appointments, ensuring that all schedules are up-to-date and running smoothly
* Provide administrative support to the front desk team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails and messages, and completing tasks as assigned
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, family members, and staff, ensuring that everyone feels valued and supported
* Participate in community events and activities, providing support and assistance as needed
* Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring that all materials and supplies are readily available
