What You’ll Do
Lead & Inspire: Oversee daily salon operations while motivating and supporting your team.
Work Behind the Chair: Work alongside your team behind the chair, delivering great haircuts and leading by example.
Coach & Develop: Train, mentor, and grow stylists to help them reach their full potential.
Scheduling & Staffing: Create efficient schedules that balance customer demand and team needs.
Inventory Management: Ensure product levels are maintained and operations run smoothly.
Maintain Standards: Uphold Great Clips standards for cleanliness, safety, and exceptional service.
What You’ll Bring
A valid NH Cosmetology or Master Barber License (required)
Proven leadership and strong communication skills
A positive attitude with a passion for developing people and teams
