Triage patients and obtain thorough medical histories Collect and document patient vital signs and assessments Safely handle and restrain patients during examinations, treatments, and procedures Assist veterinarians with appointments, treatments, and medical procedures Support surgical procedures, including patient preparation, monitoring, recovery, and instrument care Assist with dental procedures and patient monitoring Collect and prepare diagnostic samples based on experience and training Administer medications, vaccines, and treatments as directed by the veterinarian and within the scope of your role Monitor patients and communicate changes in condition to the medical team Educate clients about patient care, medications, discharge instructions, and preventive healthcare Maintain accurate and complete medical records Keep treatment and patient-care areas clean, organized, stocked, and ready for the next patient Anticipate the needs of veterinarians and teammates to promote an efficient daily workflow Jump in wherever needed to support patients, clients, and coworkers Occasionally participate in what can only be described as a cat rodeo What You'll Bring We're looking for veterinary professionals who combine technical ability with compassion, critical thinking, reliability, and a team-first mindset.
