Clinical Management Consultants
Position Overview Operating Room (OR) Registered Nurse (RN) – Southern Oregon Coast, community hospital. Responsibilities Circulate surgical procedures in the OR. Maintain sterile environments and ensure adherence to infection control protocols. Advocate for patient safety and provide real‑time clinical support during surgery. Coordinate perioperative care plans with anesthesia providers, surgeons, and surgical technologists. Ensure exceptional patient experiences before, during, and after surgery through effective communication and documentation. Report directly to experienced perioperative nursing leadership and participate in departmental quality improvement initiatives.
