Our collaborative, multidisciplinary team fosters a supportive culture focused on patient outcomes, professional growth, and work-life balance.You'll work alongside experienced clinicians providing comprehensive rehabilitation services for patients recovering from stroke, neurological conditions, brain or spinal cord injuries, and other complex conditions.A Registered Nurse (RN) who excels in this role:Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needsIdentifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventionsProvides care appropriate to the condition and age of the patientPerforms timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical recordResponsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patientPerforms timely and accurate QI assessmentsApplicants should have an active Virginia RN license (single-state) or compact license. If relocating, licensure must be updated to the new Primary State of Residence (PSOR) before employment begins.Additional requirements include:Associate's degree required - Bachelor's degree preferredBasic Life Support (BLS) certification requiredOne year of experience preferredWe believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care.
