Head of Financial Planning & Analysis

To shape financial strategy and drive growth, the full-time Head of Financial Planning & Analysis will own the FP&A function, partnering with executive leadership to develop financial models, generate KPI dashboard reports, and execute timely financial reporting in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Develop and present detailed, data-driven financial models and analytical projects to senior management Generate dashboard reports to monitor KPIs, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities for management Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, ensuring insights and fiscal accountability are communicated to stakeholders Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a highly analytical field; MBA preferred 5+ years of finance experience or in a related analytical field Expert financial modeling skills with extensive experience in quantitative financial analysis Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior decision-makers Advanced Excel skills and fluency with AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini, OpenAI)
