They look after the cleanliness of the store from the parking lot to restrooms to the receiving area, maintaining a clean and safe environment. What you’ll do Stocking, backroom, and receiving associates work to ensure customers can find all the items they have on their shopping list. Depending on the shift you work, your job may include moving inventory in the backroom, unloading trucks, or helping customers while stocking shelves. The work is fast‑paced and physically demanding, from unloading trucks in the summer to filling ice cream in the freezer. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
