Senior/ Principal Technical Consultant- Infor CloudsuiteAs a Principal Technical Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in helping our clients implement and optimize their Infor CloudSuite solutions. You will leverage your deep technical expertise in Infor CloudSuite to deliver high-quality solutions that meet our clients' business objectives. You will work closely with clients, project managers, and other team members to design, configure, and implement Infor CloudSuite applications, ensuring a seamless and efficient deployment.Project Execution and Delivery Excellence:Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and design customized Infor CloudSuite solutions that align with their goalsLead the technical configuration and implementation of Infor CloudSuite applicationsManage data migration efforts, ensuring the accurate and secure transfer of data from legacy systems to Infor CloudSuiteWork on integrating Infor CloudSuite with other systems, both within the Infor ecosystem and with external applicationsCreate comprehensive technical documentation, including solution designs, configurations, and user guidesConduct training sessions for client teams to ensure they can effectively use and maintain their Infor CloudSuite solutionsProactively identify and resolve technical issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams and Infor support when necessaryLearning and Professional Development:Keep up to date on the latest developments in Infor CloudSuite and related technologies to provide clients with innovative solutionsHave opportunities to mentor, lead, and train Technical AnalystsMaintain Infor technical certificationsCross Training and Knowledge Sharing:Serve as the subject matter expert on Infor CloudSuite, providing guidance and best practices to clients and internal teams.Create comprehensive technical documentation, including solution designs, configurations, and user guides.Research and Innovation:Continuous Improvement: Works collaboratively with the Practice Manager, PMO and Senior Leadership to improve project delivery and processesProvide thought leadership in the Infor Lawson space including delivery of presentations and creation of relevant contentCompany Contribution and UTE Maximization:Commit to becoming Infor Certified, demonstrating dedication to expertise and excellence in Infor technologyContribute to one or more webinars annually, including leading webinar organization and developing roadshows based on market and product knowledgeManage multiple projects and actively seek to maximize Utilization Rate (UTE), maintaining UTE at or above 88%QualificationsSenior Technical Consultant:Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)Infor CloudSuite certification(s) highly desired7+ years' experience as a technical consultant with a focus on Infor CloudSuite solutionsStrong knowledge of Infor CloudSuite applications, including installation, configuration, and customizationExperience with data migration, integration, and performance tuningProficiency in programming languages (e.g., SQL, Java) and scripting languagesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team membersStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to new challengesProject management experience is a plusWillingness to travel, as client requirements dictatePrincipal Technical Consultant Hiring Criteria:Minimum 10 years of experience as an Infor ConsultantFunctional area assessment high score and positive referralsAdditional InformationLocation: Position is nationwide and requires minimal travel nationwide as well as the discipline to work from home as needed.Salary: Pay commensurate with experience.All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.RPI Consultants, LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
