Growth Marketing Specialist

An industry-leading specialty contractor is seeking a proactive, multifaceted "utility player" to support both marketing and sales operations. Reporting directly to the Director of Business Operations, with a dotted-line report to the Vice President of Business Development, you will lead digital, traditional, and live event marketing initiatives. Executive leadership will directly invest in your professional development to expand your capacity into general management activities—including business development, estimating, proposal preparation, contract administration, and project scheduling. Qualifications

• Proven experience with social media management, content creation tools, and CMS platforms.
• Strategic, sales-minded personality focused on leveraging marketing to drive business development.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
• strong public speaking and presentation skills.
• High attention to detail, strong multi-tasking abilities, and an adaptable, eager-to-learn mindset.

salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Marketing & Communications: Draft and manage content across social media channels; create graphics, video snippets, and blog posts; update the company website; direct email newsletters and internal announcements; execute trade show and event marketing.

• Sales Support & Business Development: Coordinate RFP/IFB proposal processes; draft sales presentations, proposals, and client materials; maintain sales databases; handle initial client inquiries; assist with cost estimation and submittals.

• Operational & Administrative Support: Cross-train across administrative and operational departments; provide support to executive leadership; assist finance with billing/invoicing; handle office management duties as needed.
