Preferably with an engineering degree in mechanical, electrical, civil or industrial or a graduate of a management course. At least one year experience in managing a residential condominium or a commercial building. Must be able to deal with people of all levels. Bookkeeping experience preferred but not required. Proficient in MS Word and Excel. With good communication and time management skills. Administrative Assistants Male or Female Graduate of a 4-year college course. Pleasing Personality. Computer literate in MS Office programs. Electricians & Plumbers / Multi-skilled Technicians Graduate of an engineering or vocational course. One year experience in the troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of building equipment. Pleasing personality. Knowledge in the use of a computer would be an advantage.
