Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Certified General Appraiser or Analyst, based in Columbus, OH, with the flexibility to work remotely part-time. The role involves preparing commercial property appraisals, conducting market research, analyzing property data, and creating detailed valuation reports for clients. The appraiser or analyst will collaborate with team members, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality work while adhering to industry standards and client-specific requirements. The role requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Qualifications Proven expertise in property valuation, analysis, and market research Strong written and verbal communication skills, including report writing Proficiency in relevant software tools used for data analysis and appraisal preparation Knowledge of appraisal methodologies, financial analysis, and real estate market trends Organized, able to manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines Certified General Appraiser license is required for Appraiser positions Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, real estate, or a related field is preferred Experience in the commercial real estate industry is a strong advantage #J-18808-Ljbffr BBG Inc.
