Teller Supervisor

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Scheduling, supervising, training, approving employee timecards, and developing staff.
• Maintaining customer service standards, greeting customers, and facilitating a welcome and customer focused environment.
• Perform teller transactions as needed.
• Conduct surprise audits at least monthly; teller drawers, machines, and vault.
• Supporting the staff by approving/overseeing transactions as needed
• Assisting with balancing issues and verification of cash outages.
• Set staff goals, evaluate individual performance, execution of goals, and provide disciplinary actions when needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma (or equivalency) required.
• 3-5 years of bank teller experience. Supervising and training of employees is preferred.
• Candidate must have knowledge of all basic teller functions.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Performing typical financial transactions and teller functions are mandatory.
• Requires an advance knowledge of bank products, policies, and procedures.

Salary Range:

The salary range for this position is $36,000.00 - $46,000.00, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to the base salary, compensation may include bonuses, benefits, and other incentives.
