Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Execute front of house operations with excellence
• Serve guests with great customer service
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all Front of house stations, including order taking, running orders, bagging and drink making
• Complete checklists and tasks with excellence
• Stock front of house inventory as needed
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
• Know and follow organizational standards
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Must be at least 16 years old
• Must be able to work Saturdays
• Must be consistent and reliable
• Must have a positive attitude
• Must be customer service oriented
• Must have strong interpersonal skills
• Must be detail-oriented and able to multi-task
• Must be able to work well in a team environment
• Have the ability to lift and carry 50 lbs on a regular basis
• Have the ability to stand for long periods of time
