The role develops and maintains integrated project plans, coordinates team activities, tracks progress against milestones, and ensures effective management of program risks, issues, actions, and dependencies.The Program Manager works closely with functional leaders and stakeholders to align resources, facilitate decision-making, and drive accountability to commitments. This position is accountable for providing program visibility and ensuring execution remains aligned with business objectives and governance requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Planning & ExecutionSchedule & Critical Path ManagementRisk & Issue ManagementStakeholder CommunicationCross-Functional CoordinationGovernance & ComplianceContinuous ImprovementRequired QualificationsBachelor's Degree.3+ years of experience in project management, program management, new product development, or engineering.3+ years of experiencing coordinating cross-functional teams and activities.3+ years of experience managing multiple programs simultaneously.3+ years of experience planning, scheduling, and developing risk management principles.3+ years of experience working within phase-gate or product development processes.Must have full authorization to work in the USA. No Sponsorship available.Preferred QualificationsDegree in Engineering, Business, Operations, Project Management, or similar discipline.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.Knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and risk management principles.Experience supporting new product development programs.Familiarity with Microsoft Project.PMP, CAPM, Agile, or equivalent project management certification.Experience working in matrixed organizations.Exposure to manufacturing, engineering, operations, or supply chain environments.Pay RangeThe annual salary for this position is between $96,000.00 - $192,000.00 annually.
