Job Overview

This role involves providing hands-on technical quality engineering support for product complaint investigations. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure quality standards are met and engage directly with customers to address and prevent product issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university (Engineering, Technology, or STEM)
• 2-4 years of experience in a relevant field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Database) and statistical analysis programs
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work with contaminated medical devices in a controlled setting

Preferences

• CQE/CRE Certification
• Prior experience in quality assurance
• Experience in a regulated manufacturing or pharmaceutical/healthcare environment
• Knowledge of plastic processing and disposable medical device manufacturing
