Responsibilities Provide friendly, prompt, and attentive service at the bar to exceed customer expectations, guided by guest preferences and cues. Efficiently craft every drink to perfection with proper safety, tools, and recipe standards while serving customers responsibly. Demonstrate extensive knowledge of the food and drink menu, recommending and upselling as appropriate. Show teamwork by supporting all areas of the restaurant as business needs arise. Provide expertise and support to servers on beverage selections and offerings. Commit to food safety, cleanliness, job safety, and sanitation standards. Requirements Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 30 lbs. Must be a minimum of 21 years of age. Able to work in hot and cold environments. Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time, up to 8 hours per shift. Frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, squatting, and stooping. Manual dexterity to handle glassware, utensils, and technology systems. Ability to move quickly in a fast‑paced environment. Visual ability to include distance, close view, color, depth, and peripheral. Also, the ability to adjust focus as needed. The role involves working in areas with low or dim lighting. Ability to perform essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
