Position Overview

As an Over-the-Road (OTR) CDL Class A Driver, you will transport dry van and refrigerated freight throughout our primary service areas while maintaining a strong commitment to safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Driver Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently transport dry and refrigerated freight.
• Maximize available Hours of Service while remaining fully compliant with FMCSA regulations.
• Operate safely and professionally in all weather and traffic conditions.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain accurate logs and required paperwork.
• Communicate with dispatch regarding load status and any issues.
• Represent JAT of Fort Wayne professionally with customers and the public.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 18 months of verifiable CDL driving experience
• Safe driving record
• Ability to pass DOT drug screening and physical
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Commitment to operating safely and protecting our CSA Safety Score
• Sorry, no SAP, DUI, or Non-Domiciled CDL applicants
