Position Overview
As an Over-the-Road (OTR) CDL Class A Driver, you will transport dry van and refrigerated freight throughout our primary service areas while maintaining a strong commitment to safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Driver Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport dry and refrigerated freight.
- Maximize available Hours of Service while remaining fully compliant with FMCSA regulations.
- Operate safely and professionally in all weather and traffic conditions.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- Maintain accurate logs and required paperwork.
- Communicate with dispatch regarding load status and any issues.
- Represent JAT of Fort Wayne professionally with customers and the public.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 18 months of verifiable CDL driving experience
- Safe driving record
- Ability to pass DOT drug screening and physical
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Commitment to operating safely and protecting our CSA Safety Score
- Sorry, no SAP, DUI, or Non-Domiciled CDL applicants
