Now Hiring: Press Operator

Plastics Molding Company | Full-Time | Night Shift

What Youll Do:
Operate plastic molding presses and related equipment safely and efficiently
Monitor machines to ensure smooth production and consistent output
Perform mold changes, setups, and basic adjustments
Inspect products during production to maintain high-quality standards
Troubleshoot minor equipment issues to reduce downtime
Handle materials and molds according to company procedures
Work closely with the production team to meet daily goals
Maintain accurate production records
Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized

What Were Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous press operator or manufacturing experience preferred
Plastics molding experience is a plus
Basic mechanical skills and strong problem-solving ability
Ability to read and understand work instructions and specifications
Strong attention to detail
Team player with good communication skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment
Willingness to work nights and weekends if needed
Commitment to workplace safety

Schedule & Pay:
Shift: SundayThursday, 10:00 PM 6:30 AM
Pay: $14.25 per hour
Full-Time Position
