Hybrid CMBS & CRE Credit Analyst

Fitch Ratings is seeking a Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities Analyst based out of our New York or Chicago office. This role offers exposure to North American CRE credit analysis within a collaborative, learning-focused environment. You will assess credit strengths and risks of U.S. and Canadian CRE properties, apply quantitative analysis to property and loan level data, communicate rating conclusions to credit committees, and publish transaction reports and research commentary. #J-18808-Ljbffr Fitch Ratings
