The Role As a Restaurant Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in embodying our mission and values while creating a vibrant atmosphere for guests and team members. In collaboration with our Assistant General Managers and General Managers, you will lead daily operations, foster a positive workplace, and uphold our commitments to excellent guest experiences. Responsibilities include: Working closely with managers and team members to cultivate a welcoming environment and deliver quality food. Coaching and developing team members to ensure effective cross‑training as the business grows. Overseeing key restaurant operations such as opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling. Maintaining food safety initiatives while ensuring team compliance with cleanliness standards. Modeling sound decision‑making and addressing any challenges that arise. Capability to bend and reach overhead frequently. Dexterity to handle cooking tools and equipment. Comfortable working in varying temperature conditions. Able to work near open flames and in tight spaces. Constant communication with staff is essential. Good vision (near, distance, and peripheral) is required. Occasional ability to sit, squat, and kneel. Work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner. Occasional exposure to outdoor weather conditions.
