What You'll Do as a Produce Manager:

As our Produce Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our produce section is top-notch and inviting for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the daily operations of the produce department, including inventory, stocking, and quality control.
- Ensuring all produce is fresh, visually appealing, and properly displayed.
- Monitoring and maintaining stock levels to minimize waste and maximize availability.
- Collaborating with vendors to source the best quality products.
- Training and supervising team members to maintain high standards of customer service and efficiency.
- Upholding food safety and sanitation standards to ensure a clean and safe environment.

What We're Looking For:

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience working with produce —whether in retail, grocery, or a similar setting.
- A strong understanding of produce quality, handling, and storage.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain department standards.
- Leadership abilities to guide and motivate a team.
- A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering an outstanding shopping experience.
