Claims Processing Assistant

Your future role at a glance Location: Jacksonville, FL Facility: Ascension Medical Group Salisbury Building Schedule: Full-Time How you'll make an impact in this role Review and prepare insurance claims for third-party payers and responsible parties, ensuring precise diagnosis and procedure coding accuracy. Analyze claim rejections, communicate directly with payers to resolve complex billing issues, and secure appropriate reimbursements. Produce and evaluate routine billing reports to identify trends and recommend workflow improvements. Serve as a key resource in resolving complex phone and written inquiries from patients, physician practices, and third-party payers. What minimum qualifications you'll need Education: High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
