Position Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Sonography / Ultrasound Technician to join our ever-growing Imaging Department. Description of Responsibilities

• Conduct a variety of ultrasound examinations, from obstetrics and gynecology to abdominal and vascular imaging
• Prioritize patient comfort and safety during procedures, articulating each step with empathy and clarity
• Collaborate closely with radiologists and other medical staff to ensure delivery of top-quality diagnostic images
• Safeguard and maintain imaging machinery, addressing any equipment issues immediately

Education Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or relevant field
• Graduation from a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program is preferred

Certifications Required

• Current certification with American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or similar
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification preferred
