Orthopedic Surgeon

Position: Orthopedic Surgeon Location: Ocala Florida area Short drive to The Villages and Orlando Base Salary: $450,000 plus annually We are looking for a board-certified Orthopedic Surgeon skilled in knee, hip, and shoulder replacements, able to work within a primarily outpatient setting with assigned hospital privileges and call rotation. Familiarity with Epic EMR is a plus for this role. Responsibilities Conduct patient consultations to diagnose and treat musculoskeletal conditions. Perform surgeries, including knee, hip, and shoulder replacements. Maintain accurate patient records using Epic EMR. Participate in on-call rotations according to hospital requirements. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care. Remain current with advancements in orthopedic practices and techniques. Qualifications MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school. Board-certified in Orthopedic Surgery. Active Florida state medical license and eligibility for hospital privileges. Proficiency in Epic EMR preferred. Strong communication skills with a commitment to patient-centered care. Benefits The base salary is $450,000, with additional comprehensive benefits.
