Youth Development & Transition Coordinator
Easter Seals Vermont, Inc.
Easterseals Vermont, Inc. is seeking a Youth Development Coordinator to assist young adults ages 14-23 as they transition into adulthood and out of the foster care system, helping them pursue secondary and post-secondary education, housing, employment skills, and healthy relationships. The coordinator will engage with community partners, work with DCF Family Services, and operate from our offices to support trauma-informed, strengths-based planning.
