Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

Kraus Restoration is looking for a driven, high-energy Business Development Manager to own a territory in Northern New Jersey. If youre naturally outgoing, love building relationships, and want a role where your personality directly drives your incomethis is it. What Youll Do
- Build strong, lasting relationships with contractors, vendors, and referral partners
- Be out in the field dailymeeting people, networking, and growing your presence
- Turn conversations into opportunities through smart follow-up and consistent communication
- Represent Kraus Restoration at events, meetups, and industry functions
- Create and execute marketing strategies across email, social media, and in-person outreach
- Manage your territory like your own business and drive revenue growth
- Charismatic, confident, and naturally personable
- Strong communication skillsyou make great first impressions effortlessly
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a competitive edge
- Organized and consistent with follow-ups
- Comfortable being on the move and working face-to-face with clients daily
- Base Salary + Uncapped Commission (weekly pay)
