Certified Maintenance Technician (CPO) – Longs, SC 29568

Pay: $22–$23/hr | Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM

Start Date: ASAP | Contract‑to‑Hire Opportunity

BG Staffing is seeking a skilled and dependable Certified Maintenance Technician with CPO certification to support an apartment community in Longs, SC (29568) . This role is ideal for a technician with strong maintenance experience, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to maintain both apartment units and community pool facilities.

• Complete work orders and general maintenance repairs
• Troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues
• Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections
• Assist with unit turns and make‑ready tasks
• Maintain pool operations in compliance with CPO standards
• Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and compliance requirements
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and communicate effectively with management

• CPO certification required
• Maintenance certification or strong apartment maintenance experience preferred
• Solid troubleshooting and repair skills across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances
• Reliable, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently
• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities
