Therapeutic Associates Physical Therapy - Tigard is an outpatient clinic looking for a part-time Physical Therapist to join our innovative team. Base compensation is $37.00 - 44.00 per hour.

Clinic Environment With 4 private treatment rooms and a dedicated gym, this clinic is built for hands-on, high-quality care. The team brings serious depth of experience - certifications include COMT, OCS, CCMI, OHSU Return to Sport, BFR, and Barbell Method.

An added layer: the clinic is co-located with a primary care practice, which shapes referral relationships and the kind of whole-patient context that's hard to find in a standalone outpatient setting.

Expect case-based conversation, quarterly check-ins, and hands-on skills development as part of the culture rather than just an afterthought. Multiple clinicians here have completed the Therapeutic Associates Residency program, and the team is genuinely open to supporting whatever specialty direction you want to take. If you come in with a specific interest, there's room and willingness to help you build it.

Patient Population The caseload is intentionally broad: post-op, sports, chronic pain, MVA/WC, vestibular, concussion, and TMD all show up regularly. It's a diverse mix that gives a clinician strong exposure across presentations and sharpens clinical reasoning - with the option to develop one when you're ready.

Here's how you will make an impact:

• Providing education and counseling to patient/family regarding treatments and goals, potential safety risks and/or other issues within scope of practice.
• Evaluating physical and functional status, as well as cognitive, psychological, and perceptual ability to determine the patient's capabilities to function (safely).
• Documenting all evaluations, treatment, and coordination of care contacts via appropriate facility policies.
• Independently managing own case load to maximize effectiveness of overall care plan.
• Comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws, regulations, and requirements, as well as facility/agency specific policies and procedures.
• Supporting special projects and other designated activities as assigned in support of TAI's mission and core values.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned by your leadership.

What you will need to bring to the table:

• Physical Therapist license OR anticipated completion of DPT coursework and exams within 6 months.
• Commitment to top quality patient care.
• Eagerness to develop your skills and support your team members as they develop their skills.
