The Man Trasnport LLC is hiring an experienced OTR CDL-A driver to join our growing operation. We’re looking for a dependable, safety-focused professional who wants consistent miles, strong earning potential, quality equipment, and direct communication with a small carrier.

This is an over-the-road position running throughout the continental United States. Drivers should be comfortable staying out approximately 10–14 days at a time and operating long-haul routes.

Compensation & Equipment

Target weekly earnings: $2,500–$2,800

This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Driver will operate company-provided equipment. This is not a W-2 position.

Consistent OTR miles

53’ dry van freight

Primarily no-touch/general freight when available

Direct communication with dispatch/ownership

Small-carrier environment — you’re a driver, not a truck number

Minimum Qualifications

Valid Class A CDL

Minimum 2 years verifiable CDL-A tractor-trailer experience

OTR experience strongly preferred

Current DOT medical card

Must meet FMCSA driver qualification requirements

Must be able to pass insurance eligibility requirements

Acceptable MVR and driving record

Must complete FMCSA Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse requirements

Must pass DOT pre-employment drug screening

Must comply with Hours-of-Service and ELD requirements

Ability to safely operate a 53’ dry van and tractor

Reliable communication and professionalism

Must be able to perform pre-trip/post-trip inspections and properly secure/inspect freight as required

Must be willing and able to run OTR for extended periods
