Data Center Project Manager

Key Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of data centre projects from inception through commissioning and handover. Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and overall project performance. Coordinate cross‑functional teams including design, engineering, construction, commissioning, and operations. Oversee contractors, vendors, consultants, and third‑party partners to ensure successful project delivery. Drive project execution across new builds, retrofits, and infrastructure upgrades. Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure schedule and budget adherence. Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. Provide regular updates and reporting to senior leadership and key stakeholders. Support continuous improvement initiatives across project delivery processes. Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience managing mission‑critical or data centre construction projects. Strong understanding of MEP systems, electrical infrastructure, cooling systems, and critical facility operations. Experience managing budgets, schedules, contracts, and project financials. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred. Preferred Qualifications Experience working on hyperscale, colocation, or AI‑focused data centre projects. Previous experience managing greenfield developments, retrofit projects, or live facility upgrades. Familiarity with commissioning and startup processes within mission‑critical environments.
