Holiday Requirement 1 major and 1 minor
Is there a call or standby requirement? can be placed on call for low census; if placed on call RNs have a 30 minute response time from time of call in to arrival to the unit.
Floating Requirements: ONA contract requires contract RNs to float first, but work to ensure that floats are completed in turn.
