Level one trauma hospital, Surgery Centers in Flagstaff. CRNA Support Highly competitive compensation and benefits. Medical Director Stipend Sign on bonuses up to $75k. Relocation bonuses CME Malpractice Coverage plus tail. Base salary starts at $455,000 to $505,000 and extra shifts up to $202.00 per hour.
