Maintenance Manager
Responsibilities include:
· Ensure reliability and safe operation of all industrial equipment
· Improve efficiency of equipment and processes
· Develop and implement preventative maintenance systems
· Manage repairs and installations
· Lead, guide, and mentor maintenance team
· Be a role model for safety, positive morale, and strong work ethic
Requirements include:
· Experience managing maintenance in manufacturing facility
· Skilled with mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical repairs
· Proven leadership skills
