Associate Recruiter (Entry Level)

We are currently expanding and are seeking entrepreneurial highly motivated sales and recruitment professionals to join our growing organization. The successful candidate must understand how to work collaboratively and seamlessly in a team focused environment. The primary responsibilities of the Associate Recruiter will include but not be limited to developing, maintaining, and increasing customer relationships in Atlanta, GA market. Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities. Build and maintain client relationships. Negotiate terms and secure contracts. Source candidates through various channels. Manage candidate relationships and provide feedback. Match candidates to client vacancies. Coordinate interviews and provide feedback. Handle administrative tasks related to recruitment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks. Proficient in recruitment software and tools. Goal-oriented and results-driven.
