Job Title: RN Acute Rehab Profession: RN Acute Rehab Specialty: RN Acute Rehab Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 06:45 PM - 07:15 AM Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 1 year License: Current RN License Certifications: BLS Must-Have: - Acute Rehab / Post Acute experience - 24 Beds in the unit - Patient Ratio: 1 nurse to 6-8 patients Description: The RN will provide care in an acute rehabilitation setting. The nurse will be responsible for managing a patient load effectively. The facility consists of 24 beds, ensuring a focused treatment environment. The patient-to-nurse ratio will range from 1:6 to 1:8. BLS certification is required for this position. The role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes. The RN will engage in assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The RN will educate patients and families about health management strategies.
