Engage in continuous learning to enhance personal and professional growth. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Stay updated with the latest respiratory therapy techniques and equipment. Contribute to a high-visibility work environment with measurable results. Educate patients and families on respiratory care and equipment usage. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records for therapy sessions. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards. Utilize pipelines to assess potential success in therapy outcomes. Adapt to evolving healthcare practices and technologies. Collaborate with healthcare team to develop comprehensive care plans. Participate in performance reviews and goal-setting sessions. Experience/Qualifications Hold current certification as a Respiratory Therapist from a recognized board. Minimum of 2 years of experience in respiratory therapy in a clinical setting. Proficient in using the latest respiratory therapy equipment and techniques. Strong ability to educate patients and families on respiratory care protocols. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Ability to adapt to evolving healthcare practices and technologies. Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and safety standards. Demonstrated ability to work in high-visibility environments with measurable outcomes.
