- Lead residential HVAC installations from start to finish
- Train and mentor Install Helpers and apprentices in the field
- Ensure jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and to the company's standards
- Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the install process
- Maintain organized job sites, paperwork, and company vehicles
- 2+ years of HVAC installation experience
- EPA Certification required
- Strong leadership, mechanical, and troubleshooting skills
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- Service Titan experience is a plus
- Consistent year-round work with strong operational support
- A leadership team that respects and supports technicians in the field
- Modern systems, organized dispatching, and efficient installation processes
