Customer Service Engineer - Account Manager

Key Responsibility:

1. Lead to solve customer on-site problems in a timely manner including, but not limited to warehouse, logistic, delivery and customer production issues.
2. Collaborate with CQE/RQE to collect resolve production issue, communicate with customer/CATL, to mitigate issue impact.
3. Build deep contact with customers, establish good customer relationships, and enhance customer's perception of our company's services.
4. Gain insight into targeted dynmaics, obtain first-hand information, and support SPP in achieving new project targeting and business expansion.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Full-time undergraduate degree or above/chemical/environmental/energy-related engineering majors.
2. Familiar with North American new energy vehicle industry after-sales service standards/North American energy storage industry safety operation specifications/North American energy storage industry recycling-related standards and regulations. .
3. Technical proficiency of electrical engineering terminology, familiarity with functions of Lithium-ion- battery components (modules, BMS, PCS/inverter(s), TMS, electrical systems, etc. for ESS (storage) and EV (power) applications will be helpful. At the very least, a strong STEM background is vital for this role.
4. Fluent English communication ability/customer business negotiation ability/contract writing ability/market research ability/writing service request ability.
5. Highly organized and efficient with time management and follow-ups. Ability to plan assignments, organize priorities and deliver results.
6. Great team work and cross-department collaboration.
7. Worked in a company related to the energy or automotive industry, with exceptional experience in customer service
8. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
9. Location: Detroit Office.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

1. Regular, predictable on-site attendance is an essential function of this role.
2. Ability to move throughout offices, manufacturing facilities, and construction areas, including walking, standing, bending, kneeling, and climbing stairs or ladders.
3. Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 25–50 pounds, with occasional heavier lifting as required, with or without reasonable accommodation.
4. Ability to work in varied environments, including offices, industrial, and construction settings.
5. Willingness to travel to other job sites as business needs require.
