We're looking for an Outpatient Physical Therapist who brings a servant's heart and a passion for orthopedics to our brand-new, state-of-the-art clinic. Whether you're a seasoned pro looking to specialize or a new grad seeking a safety net, our innovative leadership and 85-person therapy family are ready to welcome you home.

Compensation & Perks
Base Salary: $71,500 - $116,000 (commensurate with experience)
Financial Support: $40k loan repayment + Relocation assistance

A Day in the Life
You'll manage a manageable caseload of 10-12 patients per day, focusing on adult and teen orthopedic populations. From pre-hab to post-op (total joints, ACLs, shoulders), you have the time to do it right with 45-minute evaluations and 30-minute treatments.

What We're Looking For
Licensed Physical Therapist (or eligible for TX licensure)
Heart for Service: A great attitude and a desire to collaborate within a large, diverse team
Ambition: A drive to grow into specialty work (Orthopedic Clinical Specialist tracks available)
