Trim Trainee - 2nd Shift

Position Description

Performs specific duties that will allow individual to progress in completion of summative assessment, learning tools, and application of skill/ability to complete processing of trimming to product specification.

Supervisory/Management Responsibilities

Not applicable.

Requirements

Able to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Preferred Experience/Skillset

Able to speak English preferred.

Meat trimming or butchering experience.

Knowledge of GMP, HACCP and USDA regulations preferred.

Physical Requirements

Able to lift/push/pull product more than 30 pounds occasionally.

100% of day spent on work floor standing and trimming.

100% of day spent in temperatures of 40 to 45 degrees
