**Required Experience and Certifications:** - Minimum 1-year current acute care L&D experience - ACLS, BLS, NRP & AWHONN or Intermediate Fetal Monitoring (IFM) **Preferred Skills:** - OR circulating - Labor positioning/Spinning babies experience - Managing OB emergencies **Skills and Qualifications:** - Communication with staff and providers - Emphasis on patient care experience **Leadership Experience:** - Nurse leader rounding is performed daily **Clinical Experience:** - Experience with vaginal deliveries, cesarean sections, NSTs, circumcisions The job description emphasizes the importance of having acute care L&D experience and several certifications related to life support and fetal monitoring. Preferred skills include specific labor and delivery procedures and handling obstetric emergencies. Good communication and patient care skills are deemed essential.
