Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active Washington state SLPA license (required)
• Previous experience supporting Speech-Language Pathologists in school environments strongly preferred
• Comfortably manage a diverse, K-12 caseload
• Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Adaptable and proactive approach to collaborating with educators, families, and students
• Open to travel candidates with the appropriate licensure

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language support services as directed by supervising SLP
• Implement therapy plans tailored to individual student needs
• Collect, track, and maintain accurate documentation on student progress
• Assist in the preparation of therapy materials and activities
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student planning when appropriate
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students
