Theultimate goalis to empower individuals with disabilities to live as independently and comfortably as possible whilemaintainingtheir dignity and respect. What You Get to Do : Provide hands-onassistance, encouragement, mentoring, and guidance. Ensure the comfort, safety, and personal growth of the individuals we serve. Assistwith daily living tasks such as moving around, getting in and out of bed, dressing, bathing, personalhygieneand more. Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation. Build relationships withpersonsserved and teammates. Attend special community occasions and fun activities like outdoor walks, games, and social events. Transportpersonsserved toappointments or other activities outside the home. Empower people with disabilities to live life to the fullest. Document progress, milestones, and action steps.
