Associate Wealth Manager

As an Associate Wealth Manager , you will support all aspects of the client relationship and sales efforts. You will work closely with the senior members of your team to maintain a fast pace and solve any issues that arise. This is a critical role on the team, relied upon to manage up and down the organization. This work will involve: Responsibilities Contribute to the preparation of client quarterly reports Creates meeting agenda and prepares material Client and professional partners' requests for information and actions Minor research knowledge to answer the client’s fundamental questions Support all elements of the wealth manager’s sales efforts Occasionally stand in for a wealth manager to handle client inquiries and meetings Lead problem-solving efforts Play the role of project manager, overseeing the planning as well as execution of high level client projects or tasks, especially those that involve both the Wealth Manager and/or the CSA to avoid anything ‘falling through the cracks’ and ensure it is completed on time. Qualifications and Skills Reliable and conscientious —trustworthy and accountable Strong client relationship skills, listening, relatability, and communication Prioritize tasks and manage/communicate expectations Excellent communication skills, both internally and externally Internal processes are carefully followed Understand and communicate Badgley investment philosophies Ability to play the role of gatekeeper and/or project manager. Must be able to identify what tasks or questions are best completed/answered by the WM and CSA, and delegate accordingly, and oversee execution. We are a salaried position with incentive compensation and an annual bonus opportunity. The salary range for this position is $85,000 to $120,000, and there is also a notable annual bonus program.
