Physical Therapist - Per Diem

Seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to develop and implement rehabilitative programs aimed at improving mobility, reducing pain, increasing strength, and preventing deformities in patients with injuries or diseases. Responsibilities include administering manual exercises, massage, and traction; evaluating treatment effectiveness; adjusting plans for optimal outcomes; and documenting progress. The role involves discharging patients when goals are met, providing follow‑up care or referrals, and educating patients and families on home treatment procedures. The therapist reviews medical records and physician referrals to determine appropriate treatment strategies and maintains accurate records of prognosis, responses, and progress. Qualifications Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program and licensure in the relevant state. Experience welcome from both new graduates and seasoned professionals. Required certifications include BLS through the American Heart Association.
