Rates are set by STXZ, vary by market and demand, and are confirmed in writing before your first lesson. Payout within 24 to 48 hours after you submit your lesson briefing, via PayPal 1099-NEC issued at year end if you earn $2,000 or more through the platform Paid per completed session. Lesson volume depends on client demand in your area, and STXZ does not guarantee a minimum number of lessons. Billing, refunds, and disputes. Our support team handles all of it. You coach. Liability coverage. Active coaches are enrolled in STXZ's platform liability coverage program for sessions booked through STXZ. The program fee is $30 per year, and it is $0 down: nothing is due to get started or to begin receiving client offers. The fee is recovered from your first lesson payout once you start coaching. This is limited coverage for platform-booked sessions only; independent coaches may also choose to carry their own personal insurance.
