The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. As a Skilled Laborer, you will play an essential role in various waterproofing and maintenance projects, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Responsibilities Assist in the installation of waterproofing systems, including drain tiles, sump pumps, and crack repairs. Support foundation repair projects, which may involve excavating, installing wall anchors, or applying carbon fiber straps. Operate various tools and equipment safely and effectively. Prepare job sites and ensure proper cleanup upon completion. Communicate clearly and effectively with foremen, team members, and homeowners in both English and Spanish. Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures. Perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy materials, digging, and working in various weather conditions. Qualifications Proven experience as a laborer or in a construction-related field. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required (read, write, and speak fluently). Strong work ethic and a commitment to quality craftsmanship. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team. Physical stamina and the ability to perform demanding tasks. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred. Prior experience in waterproofing, structural repair or foundation repair is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
