You will play a vital role in helping patients and Penn Medicine employees receive accurate, timely prescriptions while contributing to a high‑quality care experience. **Key Responsibilities** + Process and fill prescriptions under pharmacist direction, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. + Collect medication histories and assist in coordinating insurance requirements, patient payments, and benefit investigations. + Communicate proactively with clinical teams to resolve coverage issues and support seamless medication access. + Collaborate with pharmacists, social workers, and specialty pharmacy staff to ensure complete and accurate documentation for reimbursement. + Provide excellent customer service to patients, clinic partners, and Penn Medicine employees. + Support all myPennPharmacy services as needed. + Uphold Penn Medicine values, policies, and quality standards. **Minimum Qualifications** + High School Diploma/GED (Required) + Pharmacy Technician Certification - CPhT (Required) + Please upload a copy of your certification when applying **Preferred Experience** + Experience working in a fast‑paced pharmacy environment (strongly preferred). + Prior ambulatory retail or mail‑order pharmacy experience a plus.
