Job assignments can differ based on daily needs.Support the fulfillment center team in executing on the daily workload.Strive to meet personal and group performance goals.Bring any concerns about product integrity to a supervisor's attention.Work safely to prevent injury to people and damage to products and equipment.Perform other duties as assigned.Skill Growth Opportunities: As you build your skills, you can earn additional hours and compensation. We reward growth and depth of knowledge and help you develop new skills in other areas of the fulfillment center.QualificationsCore CompetenciesSkills, Talents, Personal Attributes and ExperienceHigh School Diploma or GED.Previous fulfillment center/order picking experience is a plus but not required.High physical and mental energy.Demonstrates initiative and takes responsibility for the quality and quantity work.Reliable team player who contributes to a positive, can-do work culture.Able to learn new skills quickly and help others to do the same; embraces change.Physical RequirementsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
