Own the Shop: Take 100% responsibility for the P&L, daily output, and long-term health of your location. Execute for Profit: Drive revenue through disciplined sales processes and meticulous cost management. Perfect the Journey: Oversee the customer experience from the first "hello" to the final vehicle hand-off. Standardize Success: Maintain a "white-glove" standard for shop cleanliness, safety, and technical workflow.
